Free to use. No card needed.

  • Any period, either basis

Pick the dates and choose accrual (when invoiced) or cash (when paid) for each statement period.

  • Income statement and balance sheet

Revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses and profit, plus assets, liabilities and equity, with notes.

  • Tax computation

An estimate of income tax from your figures, using the tax rules you set: rate, VAT threshold and capital allowances.

  • Capital, loans and assets

Record opening balances, capital, loans, drawings and equipment in plain language, without writing journals.

  • Adjust, then finalise

Questions

Do I need to know accounting?

No. You record everyday things in plain language and LedgerOne does the double entry behind the scenes.

Cash or accrual?

Either. Choose for each statement period: accrual counts income when invoiced, cash when it's paid.

Are the tax figures final?

They're indicative estimates from your records and the tax rules you set. Confirm them with your accountant.
